This hotel was really friendly to Koreans who came from far away. The view was really good because it was on the lake! The interior was also luxurious and clean. It was in the suburbs so it was inconvenient if you didn't have a rental car, but if you did, I highly recommend it. There was also a private parking lot! Thank you again for your kind service~

After the Frankfurt Exhibition, I went on a self-driving tour in Switzerland and carefully selected this hotel. Not only did it not disappoint us, but my family and I were also pleasantly surprised by the beautiful scenery of the hotel! The lake view and mountain view rooms are both stunning! The hotel service is great. The handsome guy enthusiastically helped with the luggage. He was warm and humorous. The breakfast and dinner were good! Good hotel!

We had very short stay in Hotel Restaurant Nidwaldnerhof Beckenried; we checked on 9th of July 6:30 pm and checked out 10th of July 6:20 am. The stay despite being very expensive with 430 Swiss franc; was disappointing. We booked because of yen high review but disappointed with the experience. We booked family room with lake view, in reality it was partial lake view… we have 3 kids so 3 big suite cases and stroller; their elevator only goes to 2nd floor so we had to carry the stuff up and down 1 flour which was very heavy. Because we are checking out early we asked the night before to prepare breakfast to go and we told them the time we need to be in bus station where we need to leave the hotel 6:20, surprisingly in the morning nothing was prepared and the lady at the reception was one of the rudest persons I ever met in my life … she said the note she received from her colleague said 6:30 is the breakfast and anyway I need to pack it my self … I was polite and said if they can help prepare it as we have a babe to feed since will be long ride on yeh bus. She Letterlly said don’t expect me to be up since 4 am to prepare breakfast for you. We end up taking few yougart packs and few donuts for my daughter and we left late. The location is amazing; but honestly I feel I waisted my money… poor service and hotel room does not worth this much money for short stay

We had a wonderful couple of nights here. Our room was the Rigi room I’m and the view was wonderful. The room was very clean and the staff was super nice. The location is a few minutes walk from the Beckenried dock which was convenient for hopping on the boat in one direction one day and then the other direction the next day. We ate dinner both nights at the on site restaurant and the food did not disappoint.

I chose the Nidwaldnerhof for a short break on Lake Lucerne, and I have to say, I haven't regretted it. From the friendly welcome, where I was personally shown to my room, to the delicious breakfast (with freshly prepared egg dishes and regional products), the fine dinner (spring specialties, again with regional products), and the pleasant checkout, everything was perfect. And I especially deserve a mention for the very clean bathroom and room! Despite the village view, I also had a side view of the lake from the balcony with a panoramic view. I would especially like to mention the great team spirit and the investment in the young talent – compliments! I would love to come back. And the surrounding area offers many excursion options, even when the weather isn't so great. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We are a family of five with three sons and this place was perfect for us. We had a suite with a great view of the lake and we really enjoyed walking on some of the surrounding trails. The room had all of the modern conveniences and the breakfast was amazing. We really enjoyed staying here.
