Öncelikle otelde çalışan yok, hiçbir ihtiyacınızı karsılayamıyorsunuz. Bence eski resimler kullanılmış çünki şuan otelin önünü tamamen kapatan ve denizi görmenizi engelleyen kocaman bir inşaat mevcut. Spa yok, temizlik yetersiz çarşaflar dahi ancak rica edildiğinde değiştiriliyor. Fiyat performans açısından kesinlikle yeterli değil:

The hotel was nice overall but I was not happy on things they should inform me about on check-in. For example, to use the beach you have to pay for chairs, thebalcony door locked me out of my room, and the rental said they have a ****** but I was informed there it is seasonal, I could have booked a cheaper hotel if the ****** was not working. However, the staff was great and the food nice.

Very clean , breakfast was very authentic and there was a path leading to the beach ! I wouldn’t mind having stayed in the hotel during my stay !!

The hotel is lovely and spacious but weirdly some of the rooms are on the reception floor. We had the buffet breakfast which was ok but the staff were not very quick at replenishing the buffet items. My biggest annoyance with this hotel is the promise of a spectacular wellness area spa! When we arrived we were all looking forward to a massage in the spa facilities as advertised in their website… their ‘holistic experience’. the price list was out, the towels were out… but no staff! We spoke with reception who advised quite dismissively that their spa lady had left! There were no spa staff! There was no new staff arriving to fill the job (although I don’t understand how even one member of staff can run a ‘spectacular’ spa!! ). I appreciate it may be near out of season but to continue to advertise such amazing facilities with special offers ongoing on the website for massages…it’s laughable! If we had known the spa was shut we would have booked elsewhere 😡 total misrepresentation!!

Stayed at this hotel as part of a tour that was booked for me with a tour operator. As far as the room goes, it is ok. Nothing special. My review is mostly about the restaurant. The food was not good. Soup tasted like stuff you buy in a packet. Only the burger was ok. Fish was stale. You can’t get water with the food. You have to buy bottled water. Staff was also rude.

Estuve alojada solo una tarde/noche pero la verdad es que el hotel es fantástico y muy completo. 📍 La ubicación no es la mejor, ya que está a las afueras, pero eso también hace que sea mas tranquilo. Las vistas, la mayoría, dan a edificios en obras. 🛏️ Mi habitación estaba genial, individual con cama grande muy cómoda y equipada con armario, caja fuerte, nevera, servicio de habitaciones, escritorio... 🚿 El baño amplio, limpio y bien equipado también, con secador. 🥐 El desayuno es tipo buffet, bastante completo y con horario amplio. 🤵🏻♀️🤵🏻♂️ La atención por parte de recepción fue muy amable por parte de todo el equipo, sobre todo destacar la amabilidad de Pedro. Además de esto tiene un gimnasio con terraza que está muy bien, tres piscinas, spa... Además de distintas salas de reuniones.

Food quality and choice was poor All food served at the main meal was cold or lukewarm. Breakfast was no better. We even tried the food at 6.30pm, opening time, we would not eat at this time by choice, but much the same. There was no show cooking, This was because there were less than 25 guests on HB. One evening when the restaurant was busier a pasta station opened but again very poor quality Definitely below standard for a TUI hotel in terms of food. Would definitely not go again
