The trip was long after 7 hours of travel, so I expected good accommodation to rest, but the room was not in the condition I expected, a very strong musty smell, I even had to sleep without the sheets provided due to the smell, I had a problem with the air conditioning which was dripping water and in the morning I woke up with it making a noise as if it had exploded, I also had a problem with the TV that didn't work, in relation to the bathroom the shower didn't come out properly as if it had been blocked and the toilet wouldn't stop running water. This was my first impression on the first day, but after a conversation with the team, they resolved all these problems and I was able to make the most of the hotel, with lots of food available and the desserts were amazing, the pool was very clean and great for swimming, I just felt comfortable I had to test the jacuzzi, but there were only 2 for all of the hotels and it was always busy, but overall it was a good experience and I would like to suggest that the rooms are better looked after before guests arrive.

Foram dias inesquecíveis que passamos no Resort. A comida é uma delícia, as bebidas são geladinhas. Deixo registrado principalmente ao atendimento de 03 funcionários: Igor Andrade, Pirata do bar molhado e a Val do restaurante. Eles são carismáticos e nos acolheram super bem.

Funcionários são todos atenciosos e prestativos, Fiz várias atividades lúdicas durante a minha estadia como hidroginástica, as crianças brincaram bastante com os tios e tias que ficam responsáveis pelas brincadeiras e oficinas, também realizei um ensaio fotográfico com a galera da paparazzi, agradeço em especial a Rayane pela paciência na hora de escolher as fotos❤️fiquei muito indecisa rsrs as fotos ficaram lindas🥰brevemente voltaremos ao hotel com o restante da família.

Foram 6 noites e 5 dias ótimas, gostei muito do atendimento, os funcionários muito prestativos, carismáticos, em especial o Leanderson, Val( Valdeci), Thainara, Emanuel e Raul. A comida muito boa, mas esperava mais nos temáticos. Muito aconchegante!
