The trip was long after 7 hours of travel, so I expected good accommodation to rest, but the room was not in the condition I expected, a very strong musty smell, I even had to sleep without the sheets provided due to the smell, I had a problem with the air conditioning which was dripping water and in the morning I woke up with it making a noise as if it had exploded, I also had a problem with the TV that didn't work, in relation to the bathroom the shower didn't come out properly as if it had been blocked and the toilet wouldn't stop running water. This was my first impression on the first day, but after a conversation with the team, they resolved all these problems and I was able to make the most of the hotel, with lots of food available and the desserts were amazing, the pool was very clean and great for swimming, I just felt comfortable I had to test the jacuzzi, but there were only 2 for all of the hotels and it was always busy, but overall it was a good experience and I would like to suggest that the rooms are better looked after before guests arrive.

Hotel coliseum quartos limpinhos e confortáveis, banheiros cheirosos, funcionários gentis e educados, minha primeira vez aqui e gostei bastante. Gostei bastante do lugar, um ambiente super agradável com vistas maravilhosas. Fiz um ensaio com a empresa Paparazzi e a experiência foi incrível! As fotos ficaram lindas e todo o processo foi muito profissional. O atendimento do vendedor Mateus foi excelente, sempre atencioso e prestativo. Estive no hotel coliseum pela primeira vez e super recomendo! Um hotel confortável, perfeito para viver uns dias de paz e tranquilidade..fui bem recebida por todos o tempo todo, funcionários atenciosos. Tive a oportunidade de participar do ensaio fotográfico da paparazzi e adorei, ganhei um barquinho que é lembrancinha, e ainda comprei fotos para levar de recordação da minha viagem. Foram dias incríveis! O atendimento dos funcionários é a comida do hotel são ótimas, além da recreação. Eu recomendo a todos conhecerem. E não esqueçam de realizar o ensaio fotográfico com a paparazzi que ganhamos um barco de brinde. Quem realizou nosso ensaio foi a Yasmim e as fotos ficaram lindas!
