Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dayton East - Beavercreek

We selected this location based on positive past experiences, and while some aspects of our visit were satisfactory, others were quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the check-in process was efficient, and the front desk associate was both cheerful and helpful. However, our room presented several issues. I found that all the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in the shower were completely empty. Furthermore, the bed was exceptionally firm (too hard & uncomfortable) which was quite different from the comfortable beds we have come to expect from Holiday Inn properties, leading to a restless night and a challenging morning. The complimentary breakfast offered a typical undesirable selection and the coffee was notably bland. For future guests seeking a more robust coffee experience, I might suggest exploring local coffee establishments. Finally, at check-out, the front desk was unattended, so we deposited our key cards in the designated box.

Wonderful staff with clean room. This owner of the hotel seems to understand customer service. Good location lots of food choices.

The room was fantastic and the breakfast was very good!

Nothing was particularly unique about the property, but the location was easily found. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-staffed. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was oncluded and offered a reasonable variety of hot and cold foids and beverages. We would stay there again.

Great place! We always stay here when we visit our son who’s attending the university of Dayton- the location is excellent, the rooms are always fresh and clean and the breakfast helps everyone fuel up for the day! Love it!
