Great hotel. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. The included breakfast buffet was good. We had a suite with a kitchenette. It was definitely worth a little extra money. The room was clean and the air conditioner wasn't blowing right next to the bed as can happen in other hotels.

My family stayed for 1 night in February 2024 to visit the University of Dayton. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Amenities included kitchenette with microwave and full-sized fridge. Bathroom had a glassed-in shower, although it did not include enough towels for 3 guests (we had to call down to the front desk, and they promptly brought more to the room). Service was friendly - the gentleman working the front desk when we checked in Saturday evening seemed to do everything - he's the same person who brought the towels to our room and was checking people in early Sunday morning. I did not catch his name, but extra kudos to him for being a one-man show and doing so with a smile. Location is adjacent to Fairfield Commons, with several dining and shopping options nearby, and it is only 10-15 minutes from The Greene. Would stay here again.

Highly recommend. Was the ideal location for us, with professional and friendly staff that went the extra mile for us during our visit. Very clean and up to date rooms. If we ever pass this way again, will definitely stay at this hotel. 5 stars.

Room is fine. Nice and well appointed. The biggest issue we had was the pool was closed and we were not notified ahead of time. My son and I were looking forward to the pool. They did offer to let us use the pool in the hotel across the street but didn’t want to trek over there and back especially in March. The breakfast was TERRIBLE. French toast sticks hard like crackers. Hash browns hard and uneatable. Hardly any eggs. Orange juice very watered down. One waffle maker for everyone and one family sitting beside it had it continually in use so u could not get a waffle without standing right in front of it to look for a small gap to make one.

Great contemporary hotel in a nice convenient location. Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Plenty of easy parking. Easy to find rooms. Room was clean and organized. Instead of boring you with the usual stuff, I will point out the stuff that you never think about until you are in the hotel. Television: the TV always starts up on the same station when you last turned it off. No more of this switching back to some default hotel channel. Blackout shades work very very well. To the point where I woke up at 10AM and thought it was 3AM in the morning. Very quiet area. The elevator at the entrance is not right smack in the middle of the check-in area. In other words, when you just want to leave the hotel, or want to take your belongings to your room, you don’t have lead your procession of bags and kids through a busy lobby or bar or dining room. I don’t understand some of the negative comments. I have been to numerous other hotels where the lobby is dirty, the staff are rude, and the rooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in 10 years. This hotel is the complete opposite. Super clean. Quiet. Large rooms. Next to several conveniences. Would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable and clean hotel with friendly staff. Room was excellent. Clean and organized and bed was comfortable. Slept well. Breakfast at 6am let me get my coffee before my morning meeting. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Wonderful staff, clean, quiet nonsmoking rooms, hot breakfast with lots of choices, and family oriented. Loved our extended stay. All the staff were very attentive and so polite. We were treated with kindness. The area around hotel was landscaped nicely and manicured. Many family style restaurants within walking distance. We loved sitting outside by the modern gas fireplace. We would Definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

My family and I just spent 2 days at this hotel on the third floor. The hallway of this floor has no ventilation, is hot and stuffy and smells like they just cleaned up a smelly dog accident. It reminds me of the way our pet’s doggie day care smells. The odor permeated into the room and made our stay very unpleasant. Very unfortunate.

Good location. Rooms were nice, and clean. Noise level of other guests though penetrated into our room and thought the connecting door. That was unacceptable but we had already settled into our room when the other room's occupants returned from their pool party downstairs, and we had to listen to 2 fussy kids well past midnight...Hotels should really look into reserving rooms for families vs. business travlers in separate sections of the hotel....
