My room was nice like all H2S. The window was floor to ceiling which was a great view. Only that night did I realize the AC unit was not on the wall, but next to the bathroom. Every time it kicked on, it sounded like a train engine. My choices were to turn it off and be hot, or wake up each time it kicked in, all night long. This is a design flaw that needs to be addressed. The breakfast was average like all H2S. The lady at checkout had no personality or helpfulness, unlike the nice gentleman who checked me in. Overall it was ok but the roaring AC was a dealbreaker and I would choose someplace else next time.

I chose this hotel for our 29-night stay due to the 4.3 star rating and previous good experiences at Hilton brand hotels. It became obvious VERY quickly that I made a grave mistake. Our first room was noticeably not very clean and had black specks on the mattress. Assuming it was an anomaly, I let the front desk know and asked for a new room. The next room went from bad to worse when there were obvious signs of a bed bug infestation in the mattress (see photos.) I called the front desk and again asked to be moved, but also asked housekeeping to look at the room. The housekeeper actually came up while I was standing in the hall, internally freaking out and trying to get ahold of my husband to let him know we would need to find different lodging-very quickly. She said “this room is fine. I checked it myself.” She then proceeded to pull the sheets back up over the bedbug excrement, walk into the bathroom, lift up the toilet lid, flush it, and grab the un-emptied trash bag out of the can, then said “it’s clean.” 🤢 Room #3 had a stale cigarette smoke odor, but no bedbugs or leftover trash. However, while we were sitting down after just having checked in, part of the ceiling fell open. I WISH I was making this up. I wish I was kidding. Maintenance came and fixed it right away but I was terrified. I had my mom come sit with me and my daughter, and we went out for the evening. When we came back, the ceiling opening looked to be starting to come open-again. It was at this point my husband was home from work and we both decided it was not safe to stay for the night, much less 29 nights. Our insurance was still charged for the night we weren’t able to stay at this hotel due to the uninhabitable conditions. Avoid at all costs!

Our stay with the hotel was OK. We didn't like that the cleaning service didn't come clean our room unless we asked for it. When they did, they didn't give us any extra towels, washcloths, toilet paper and body soap. We had to request for them. During the free breakfast, they would run out of the food quickly and didn't replenish it fast enough.

This property is suitable for a “no frills” or “passing through” stay. It could have been cleaner (bedding, bathroom, dust, etc.) but was suitable for the price and duration of one night.

Our room was clean and stocked. We had a fridge where we could keep our drinks cold. We were coming just for one night as we were on a road trip and this was just a pit stop. We loved that the pool was opened until 11pm, so my kids were able to burn off some of the energy from sitting in a car all day. Their complimentary breakfast was also great. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Not bad, not great Check in was at 3 we arrived a little before 4 and were told they didn’t have a room clean for us. The guy was friendly about it and told us we could have stuff for free up by the front desk like drinks and snacks and what not which was nice but we needed our room cause I had my 4 kids and wife just hanging out in the car. He Told me he couldn’t tell me when the room would be ready because they were having issues with getting rooms cleaned that day I guess. The options I had were to wait and we’ll see when it’s ready or I could leave. After clearing up that they in fact had An actual room for us, just not cleaned we opted to stay. Luckily the pool was open so we let the kids swim and 20 min later they told us the room was ready. So not that big of a deal just kind of frustrating initially. Room was clean, we thought it had a weird smell. Wasn’t a bad place to stay for the night but probably wouldn’t stay again
