The hotel itself was fine. Breakfast was good, with choices. Staff was friendly. But some aspects need updating. The sofa and bed were way too soft. It was hard to get up from the sofa, and the bed was way too soft. Some people may like it that way, but my back hurt every morning.

Staff was courteous, rooms and hotel were clean. We only slept there as we were in town for the hamvention. Nice quick breakfast included and they accept dogs. That’s a huge plus for us as our for baby goes everywhere we go. Outdoor fire out was a great added touch.

All was good. The only complaint. Came in about 10pm. The smell of something burnt was thru the whole hotel. Even our room had the smell in it. It went away after a few hours.

Mary and the staff were excellent in every way. She and the staff are valuable assets to your company and the met and exceeded all of our needs to allow us to have a fantastic time for our family reunion; my only complaint was with the bed - it seemed too small ( like a full size )

The Residence Inn & Courtyard Marriott in Beavercreek were exceptional for our very LARGE family reunion and 100th birthday celebration! We had 80 family members & 31 rooms reserved this past weekend. Mary the Hotel manager & her staff were AMAZING! Mary Ciesa & her staff went above and beyond. They upgraded my Moms (100) room, they had an amazing flower arrangement & card staff signed for her Birthday & balloons! We had food & beverage in lobby for 75 people. The staff provided tables, accommodated last minute changes. My entire family (8 Siblings & Spouses) was impressed! If you want to hold a large family reunion, or gathering Marriott is the best option. We could bring outside food & beverages at night. Breakfast was included at Residence Inn. There was an outdoor fire pit. So much shopping & activities near by! Thank you for contributing to an epic weekend of lifelong memories!

The staff went above and behind to make my stay pleasant. They were very professional and extremely kind. 10/10 would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.
