Older hotel, but kept up an upgraded very nicely. You’ll be impressed when you open the door. Front desk very accommodating. Breakfast was very thoughtful. Nothing extraordinary. The eggs were good. Very good everything else my breakfast was clean. Neat organized and kept up with the volume of patrons. The bedroom is very soft bathroom very clean. No negative points if you have the chance to cut off the 15 to sleep there, I would go there if I were you, you will not be disappointed.

They used queen sheets that didn't tuck in on a king bed so when I moved, all the sheets moved. The fridge was not functioning and placed with hinderences to even get the door open. Bath had some mold. In general, did not present a welcoming experience. I have stayed at many Best Western site, with great experiences. Not the experience here. If this was my first stay at a BW inn, I would certianly cross the brand off my list of choices.

At check in guy at the Front desk said the room was $169.93 but we would get a $50 discount because it was our 2nd night at a Best Western & the total would be $ 119.93 (which is the only reason we stayed there). We were given room 117 in the back building. When we got there the door was wide open with food & garbage streaming through the room & out the door. The front desk then gave us room 118. The room smelled awful, the carpet was not vacuumed, the toilet was not cleaned, the sheets were wrinkled and look like they were just thrown over the bed. At checkout my receipt showed my CC was charged $169.95. The girl at front desk said I would not get a discount. I disputed that & she wrote a note on my receipt saying I would get the discount & would be sent an email with a new receipt. The next day my online CC info showed a pending charge of $219.93. I called & the front desk guy told me the extra $100 was an incidental hold that would be credited in a couple days. 2 days later my card was charged $169.93 & I filed a CC dispute for the $50 discount I was not given. We've been traveling for 2 weeks & this was the worst lodging experience we've had.

The property was easy to locate and the parking was a breeze. The door to our room was damaged, and the bolt lock did not function. The bathroom was dirty, including the toilet.

This place was clean and quite. It is an older place with dated rooms but they were very clean and well maintained. breakfast was limited and the pool was closed.

Thee BEST, Best Western in Utah!
Beautiful, convenient, clean! Tyler at the front desk was extremely attentive, friendly and kind. Rooms clean and comfy and breakfast was great. The gal cooking and cleaning was doing an amazing job and was friendly too. Will stay here again if are ever this way again. Highly recommend.
