We stayed in 306 in Upper Borders Lodge. It’s a lovely, updated, modern condo and was very comfortable condo. It was a very well appointed condo with coffee filters, spices, salt, ziplocks, Tupperware, chip clips, etc. I would like to mention that the unit doesn’t have air conditioning. Even opening the windows and using all of the fans did not cool it like AC. We had a lovely stay as it’s close to all of the restaurants and shopping in BC however I didn’t like being blindsided by not having AC. I feel like the description should explicitly mention this detail.

The unit was nice and clean. The ski-in-out was as advertised, although it is complicated to ski back to the location (and beginners beware: you can only ski to the location via blue runs, no completely green route gets you there). Staff were inconsistent. Not enough robes or beach towels for our (6) guests, and they were not able to provide more. Our biggest concern involved an incident when a maintenance worker entered our unit uninvited and without knocking while a female guest was alone taking a bath. He did not apologize for the intrusion and lingered while the guest stood in a towel. We received no apology or even acknowledgment of the inappropriateness from resort management. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Location was amazing with the Elk lift directly behind the condo. Staff was amazing and the slope side view we had was wonderful! Our actual condo unit was old and outdated though. I could smell someone else’s perfume on the sheets that I slept in letting me know they weren’t cleaned. The extra blankets in the closet were dirty and stained, the pillows are all the size for a child’s head and very flat, some pillowcases smelled like a lady’s perfume all the blinds were broken, bathtub didn’t drain properly and the tub had constant dripping water. The washer and dryer were extremely small and the dryer took 3 hours to dry anything. I had higher hopes for the actual unit, especially for the price. We go to beaver creek every year and will definitely be back to the town again but we will book a different condo.

Staff is great and very helpful. The only negative is that the ski in / out depends on the lift and run being open. But there is still a very convenient shuttle bus.

Had a great stay in the 1 bedroom condo. Looked just like the pictures! I stayed in the upper boarders section which was quiet, right off the slope and super clean. Adam at the front desk was awesome and super helpful! Definitely be will back

We booked this property through Vacasa for December 18th through Dec 21st. It was advertised as "Ski in/Ski out" and we decided to pay the extra for the convenience of walking outside and getting on a lift to ski. Unfortunately when we got there the list was not running for the season yet. This was bad enough, but when I called Vacasa to complain, they basically offered my a discount of $25 per nigh! I could not believe it. Although the property was Ok, it was dated and in need of renovations badly. There were much nicer/newer properties available when we booked for less than half the price we paid. What a scam!!
