Smells and sounds
The room smelled terrible the moment we walked in. I suspect the carpet, because it otherwise appeared to be clean. The walls were thin, so many sounds woke us up in the middle of the night. This hotel needs a major overhaul.

Room door would not lock when closed from outside. When door closed from outside door does not latch shut. Advised front staff, no sympathy says they are booked full and does not another room available. Zero customer service.

This hotel was nice it was clean and quiet it was not 5 star but I would stay there again it was safe the staff was very nice only thing I didn’t like was the shower water was not very warm and the tv channels had no signal most of the time over all it was a nice place to stay for the night or a few days

Beds were terrible, uncomfortable, and had issues with keys the morning of checkout before checkout time. Staff was, property was trash.

I enjoyed the friendly people in the area. The scenery is beautiful. The only thing that wasn't pleasant was there is no elevator. We only went up two sets of stairs, so not too awfully bad. My mother has breathing issues, but she managed. We appreciated the warm bed to sleep in.

Nice stay
Nice property. Very friendly staff. Sue was especially wonderful at check in. Bed was comfortable. Have stayed before and would definitely stay again.
