We stayed 2 nights at the Ace Hotel The location is in a commercial area on the edge of Arras. We had a rental car so transportation was not an issue. The parking is secured at night by a fence. Check in is at 4 p.m. which seemed late. When we checked in the staff was helpful and friendly. The price was good. The room size was fine, with a nice bathroom. no safe or fridge We paid for the breakfast. It was disappointing.

Belle chambre typique de ce type d'hôtel. Propre avec une bonne literie. Calme au moment de mon séjour... L'accueil est correct. Le petit déjeuner est tout aussi correct. Le prix m'a semblé raisonnable et adapté. Parking, le coin semble tranquille.

Étant ancienne employée de cette hôtel, mon copain a réservé une chambre mais sachant l’organisation sa laisse à désirer. Literie parfois non changée de la veille d’où les cheveux, tracés…petit déjeuner surgelé (dates parfois dépassée au niveau des viennoiseries), lait gardé ouvert 4/5 jour et servit aux clients et j’en passe… Tarif effectué à la tête du client, client fidèle = remise et inversement. Équipe très maladroite, critique une grande partie des clients et se plaint des commerciaux venant à la semaine disant « qu’ils profitent un peu trop du petit déjeuner »

Hôtel très propre, très bon accueil, à 6 km environ d Arras ,avec petite zone de commerces pas loin (burger king,carrefour market,donc pratique ). Mais hélas literie beaucoup trop dure ! Des douleurs de dos le lendemain.. C'est vraiment dommage..

Very good budget hotel. It was good. Hotel was clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not the best, the toaster did not work and the egg boiler was useless, however they other options so it was alright. As a budget stop over hotel it was very good.

Etant entournée spectacle le mois de decembre nous vivons beaucoup en hotel .l' ACE de Beaurains Un personnel TRES souriant et super sympa , un hotel nickel . Une literie irréprochable !!! De plus ayant oublié un objet dans ma chambre , ils m'ont appelé pour m'avertir la classe A RETENIR . De plus je recommande le restaurant l'ENCART à 5 minutes à pied TRES original ( voir mon commentaire par ailleurs sur ce restau)

Great clean hotel for overnight stopover. Quadruple room worked well and was quiet. Breakfast was fine, not the best but not the worst. Free parking & McDonald’s next door with couple of other eating places in close proximity. Would use again if staying in this area.

La suite familiale comprenant 2 chambres avec une porte entre deux, était vraiment propre, agréable, spacieuse. Peu de bruit sauf si on ouvre les fenêtres la nuit mais l’hôtel n’y peut rien… Petit déjeuner sympa, personnel souriant et aimable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel
