such an amazing hotel, i love it so much!!

Stayed here 3 nights, Friday Saturday Sunday. Very busy hotel. Not as well maintained as other Home2 suites. But room and bathroom was clean. There was a least one different item on the breakfast bar each morning. Thumbs up to housekeeping, they were always nice and friendly and helpful. We experienced no issues. I would book a room here, if I return to Beaumont again.

We were in the area for a baseball tournament and got back to the hotel a little after 9PM. The front desk clerk was great and let the boys know she would let them stay in the pool until around 10:30. At 10 she came out and said she had some complaints about the noise level and asked if we could get out. She apologized for having to go back on her word. No big deal we get it. We did as asked without incident. At that time the boys were tossing a football in the parking lot. Mind you they were not loud or harming anyone. They were not even near cars. As soon as the night shift clerk came on shift, she called the cops on us. No hey you guys need to go to bed or anything. Never even spoke to us. I could understand if we were being loud, but we were not. The kids were just tossing a football, and the adults were sitting in the area by the pool talking. Again, not loud. Had we been a rowdy group who was asked to shut it down I could see calling the cops. She didn't even come outside. She just walked from her car into the lobby and called the cops on us. Mind you this was at 10:30. Not super late and we were not disturbing anyone. To make matters worse the next morning breakfast was awful. They ran out of most everything they had to offer, the juice machine was broken and the only thing the kids had to drink was milk. You were SOL if you couldn't drink milk. You'd think they would at minimum put out water to drink. NOPE that would have been to easy. We won't be staying here again!
