Amazing breakfast . Great area

My accommodations were not met. I booked 2 doubles but received 1 double and 1 single to sleep in and the other was to use the bathroom! The shower was dirty. Stuff was left in the freezer. Had to use the restroom in one room and sleep in the other.

Great place to stay, and close to everything and room was clean and well keep, and the staff was very helpful . I would go there again if heading back to Texas

It pains me to share my experience with this location. Saddest part is the manager was the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. We travel for work 90 percent of the year and usually become like family with the staff. This location violated my ADA rights by emailing me that my medical alert service animal couldn't be over 50 pounds and harassing me several times asking me what my disease was. I was humiliated by the staff about having my period on sheets and they charged me $250. I was honest about it and I didn't want to throw the sheets away so they wouldn't be looking for inventory. I feel I was targeted and I fear people with disabilities are not welcome at this location. I really wish things could've been different. As a Wyndham member, I thought I would've been showed a little grace. We planned on being here for 2 years and had to relocate due to constant disrespect from the staff. We have never had such a horrible experience in the past decade of living in hotels for work. All I can due is pray for this people to reevaluate how they treat people and also to check the laws for American Disability Association. I have reported them to Department of Justice for violating my rights and will continue to move forward with this case.
