The service was great the food was good location was OK to places OK clean but I think they’re a drug motel because I didn’t feel safe Because of the people moving around late at night all night and then one of the other resident wrecked into my car and then that person lied to the insurance company and when I called to inquire about the surveillance it was broken down so I couldn’t get the videos of the wreck

Overall a standard Residence Inn stay. The exterior of the hotel was very nicely maintained, the pool and rec areas were clean and well kept. The parking lot was a disaster however as there were no spots and large trucks parked in the side streets leading to the front of the hotel. The room was a bit on the small side for a residence inn but was clean and no overall complaints. I requested a high floor room as a plat. elite guest but only was granted a first floor room and actually at check-in was told i might not have a room even though i made my reservation months in advance. No mention of elite status or welcome gift upon arrival. Gym was very teeny and had not much but a few cardio machines and 1 set of free weights. The location was centralized to Beaumont and numerous restaurants, bars and gas, convenience nearby. Rooms could use a re-fresh soon as the bathrooms were quite dated. Employees were courteous and friendly throughout. Breakfast was served in the lobby and numerous offerings hot and cold and what was there seemed freshly prepared. I'd request a room in the back and or higher floor to avoid some road noise and have a better view.

Newer hotel, modern style. Very clean. Excellent bed, pillows and bedding. Nice bath, Shower was good great water pressure. Has small frig no microwave nor coffee maker. Breakfast was hot and good not large selection. No closet but the hooks on wall didn’t bother us. There were plenty of them and the location was not in the way. Room size is smaller than most we compared it to a nice cruise ship room. Adequate for 2 ppl. We will stay there again if in area.

A very basic hotel. The room #223 was clean and the staff was friendly. The little extra things i come to expect when visiting Holiday Inn such as the soaps, mouth wash etc were all missing. Outlets for the desk area and for my C Pap machine next to the bed were no existent. The windows had what appeared to be splatters of mud on the windows which wasn't appreciated. The lamp in the corner of the room fell in a shower of sparks and landed on our 7 year old's head at 7 am while we prepared for the day. Thankfully he wasn't injured by I got shocked when I went to remove it as it was still plugged into the wall while the wires hung out of it. The staff seemed a bit dubious at first following me out the door to my car as I was about to drive my wife to a business meeting. The midnight desk employee ”Jeff” thought I was ”taking off on them” and said he had to ”keep track of me”. I thought that was strange as he had my credit card information already. I assured him that I was returning because I was going to make sure they weren't going to charge me for a busted lamp which nearly electrocuted our son. Later during check out, the day desk clerk announced they weren't going to charge me for the lamp which prompted me to laugh out loud. They are fortunate that my son didn't get injured. Over all, besides the lamp drama, and over reacting Jeffrey the desk clerk, the place served it's purpose. Would I return here? I hope not!

After 16 years I came back to this hotel and is very well kept rooms are clean not funky smells, bar was great and the service was good and friendly, on my check out day a front desk attendant names Justin was very knowledgeable and friendly, I will come back here for sure.

Ariana at the front desk was not the most welcoming person to interact with. In person and via the phone the customer service left a lot to be desired. Rooms were spacious, but bathroom shower lacked cleanliness on the shower pan and the shower wall still had holes where they incorrectly placed the shampoo, conditioner, and soap containers. We did appreciate the ability to have the pull out couch and two queens for a family of four. They do accept pets, but there truly isn't an area to walk your pet other than some grass in the back. The location is off an access road that is under construction that to get to the other side of the road or to the free way entrance you need to go under an underpass that floods. Due to construction it almost looked like it was an abandoned road. To access the I10W you need to take this flooded (if raining) road to the freeway to get to I10E you have to go through the theatre parking lot as this access road is one way. They did have laundry onsite at $2 a load and a small gym and pool. Breakfast was typical and coffee is out early. Due to issues with flooding when raining and difficulty navigating the parking lot and access to freeways along with poor initial interaction with the front desk we will just skip this location in the future.

The rooms are a nice size. Everything seemed pretty clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast variety that was served. Would definitely book again!
