Had the best time at La Maison de Beaumont. The daily Hike & Blue skies are all you need to recharge and feel inspired. I loved waking up with the church bells & hearing the Village’s birds start chirping. Can’t wait to return. Thanks for this unique experience 🙏🏽

The three weeks I spent in Beaumont-de-Pertuis at La Maison were some of the best of my life. Not only are the accommodations beautiful, but the village is incredibly scenic and the people who live there are lovely. It’s easy to take trips to nearby towns for shopping, or even to visit Marseille or Aix. There are beautiful hiking and cycling routes all around and I spend lots of time taking in the cinematic landscape. I would highly recommend La Maison de Beaumont as a traveling destination whether you’re an artist looking for a serene residency or just looking for a peaceful vacation spot.

I had a super stay at La Maison de Beaumont during April 2022. The ‘Provence’ space was beautiful and I was lucky enough to paint in the studio on the ground floor. Niki and Navid were clear with instructions for arriving at the house and were attentive during my stay. I found this to be a regenerative place to stay in a very warm and welcoming village. All of my needs were met and more. I would highly recommend coming here and taking part in a residency opportunity. Beautiful place and beautiful people! Thank you both.

Being in this village was like stepping back in time with the best of what that represents. La Maison de Beaumont is a beautifully renovated building situated at the very top of a charming village. It was an idyllic place for me to do a writing retreat. I went for walks around the town in and in nature and it was all so inspiring, and gave me a sense that I could completely step out of my ordinary life and leave my normal reference points behind and open myself to a whole new experience. The staff there reflects the best of what you would imagine in a small village, people who are there for you as a way of being and not for the transaction. La Maison de Beaumont is unusual that way because so much care has gone into making it so beautiful and for giving people a wonderful experience of being in a small village, it’s truly a place created out of inspiration. Next time I will come with my wife, to share this special experience. Thank you to everyone who contributed to my stay including some of the local people who were all incredibly kind.

I was lucky to stay in the 'Provence' room at La Maison de Beaumont as part of their resident artist program. It's a beautiful refurbished 18th-century building in the centre of Beaumont-de-Pertuis, an idyllic village surrounded by vast lavender fields and vineyards. The property had everything I needed to live comfortably for the month, and the surrounding towns were easily accessible by car and bike. It was a memorable space to search for inspiration, generate ideas, connect with the local community and make music! Thanks to Niki, Navid and the team for their hospitality and generosity. Hopefully I'll be able to come back again!

La Maison de Beaumont is an amazing place in an amazing village in an amazing region. The LUBERON is a beautiful part of Provence, with hilltop villages and castles dotting the countryside of vineyards and olive groves. BEAUMONT DE PERTUIS feels like a village from the Middle Ages, with its maze of narrow winding streets and picturesque houses. Not as well-known as some of its neighbors (for example, Peter Mayle’s “A Year in Provence” is set in a nearby village, and the French films “Jean de Florette” and “Manon des Sources” were filmed in the village next door), it is therefore less precious and touristy. Families with children live here, and there is a bar, a restaurant, a “tabac”, and a small market along the one commercial street, shaded by plane trees. LA MAISON DE BEAUMONT itself, a beautifully renovated townhouse that centuries ago was the town hall, is at once elegant and welcoming. I spent April and May in the tastefully designed top-floor apartment (Horizon), which has two terraces overlooking village rooftops and the countryside. Owners Navid and Niki, who live in New York and renovated the building, were gracious hosts, responding immediately to questions or concerns. They clearly love the place. I’d recommend spending some time poking around the website (lamaisondebeaumont.com), not just for the photos but for the history of the house and the village, among other interesting information. This is a find!
