We had a lovely stay in beautiful surroundings and a perfect location. We've stayed in other ICG inns, and this did not disappoint. We'd definitely recommend and we'll definitely go back.

Come here regularly and have found it hit and miss with the draught beer. Often there is some Hancocks but any replacement is too strong and the Bass drinkers may only get a pint of it. However it was really nice to have a plentiful supply of well kept Bass and Hancocks on draught. Nice fire too! Hopefully it'll stay this way!

Excellent friendly service from checking in to checking out. Special mention to Hollie who went over and above on our last morning for breakfast. Not to take anything away from the rest of the staff though.

Staff are so welcoming and friendly, service was great, welcomed our dogs too! Lovely room very comfy and clean. Love the decor of the Inn. We had a perfect stay with our dogs.

The staff were helpful, friendly and professional The quality of the full cooked breakfast and evening meals were disappointing in comparison to another hotel in the same chain we have stayed at. Our suite was clean and airy with a lovely large bathroom. The building had a beautiful Olde World charm.

We have stayed at the Bull before two years ago and so do have something to compare against. Room was excellent. Large comfy king size, clean and great shower. Hotel was very welcoming for our doggy friend. My main complaint is the quality of food both evening and breakfast was not as good as our last visit. Some parts of the full English seemed a bit under cooked (sausages and hash browns). I could see from other guests there was some inconsistency coming out of the kitchen. I am sure the continental offering was better on our last stay and we really did not like ordering at the bar and checking in/out at the bar. We waited an awfully long time for our breakfast as well. Finally the walking book we were given was a really nice unexpected touch.

The Bull's Head Inn and the village of Beaumaris exceeded all my expectations of Welsh hospitality. From the moment we stepped off the ferry in Holyhead, the Welsh people were wonderful, polite and helpful. The Bull's Head Inn was a true feeling of the culture I was hoping to find. I cannot say enough about the great staff at the Inn and the wonderful conversations that I will carry with me. The accommodations were wonderful and provided that feeling of being home and among friends. Our walk through the village allowed us to escape the pace of the modern world that included a tour of the impressive castle ruins.
