Zeer vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk bij de openhaard gezeten met een maaltijd en fles wijn. Mooie ruime kamer met een uitstekend bed. Top ontbijt, ruime keuze en streek producten.

Rather than staying near the motorway we decided to go to Tavers and stay at the Tonnellerie, we were not disappointed. Comfortable bed and peaceful night (room overlooking the garden). Everything spotless, friendly welcome and delicious breakfast. There is not a restaurant anymore at the Tonnellerie so we went to Beaugency to eat. Beaugency is a beautiful small town a couple of miles away, certainly worth a visit.

Quel bel hôtel ! Il fait remonter des souvenirs de mes voyages d’enfance avec mes parents dans la fin des années 60 avec le confort de notre époque en plus. Hotel type « relais de poste » avec une cour centrale et un petit-déjeuner de rêve tant le choix est vaste et la qualités des produits est parfaite. Les propriétaires sont en sus aux petits soins. Si vous passez par là, l’hôtel est à l’image de sa région: vaut le voyage !

A découvrir sans crainte, tout est parfait. Nous avons passé un super week-end en famille. Les chambres, les studios, le cadre, la piscine, les fleurs, le petit déjeuner, sont à la hauteur des avis précédents. Aucun problème, ni grain de sable n’est venu se glisser durant notre séjour. Quant au petit déjeuner, c’est impératif de le prendre pour savoir ce qu’est un vrai petit déjeuner, fait maison. Bravo au propriétaire, pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

Lovely little hotel tucked away. Quintessentially French boutique hotel with fantastic food and wine with a lovely swimming pool set in tranquil landscaped gardens. We stayed here as a stopover with our family of four and it was a Perfect start to the holiday. Friendly welcome from the hosts.

Zelden zo een sympathieke ontvangst gehad. Bij aankomst werd ons meteen gezegd dat het restaurant voor die avond vol zat. Wat een teleurstelling want we hadden ons zo op de keuken verheugd. We kregen enkele alternatieven maar die bevielen ons niet. Nadat mijn vrouw beneden haar mening op een vriendelijke manier had gegeven, kregen we plots een telefoontje met de vraag of 20.30 uur ok was. Uiteraard was dit ok. Het eten was top! Dit samen met een heerlijke, aanbevolen wijn, zorgde ervoor dat we een hele aangename avond hadden. Samenvattend: zeer goede keuken en bediening, prijs/kwaliteit zeer goed, kortom: zeer aan te bevelen
