Our stay was pleasant. Myra , clerk at desk, was very nice. The clerk that checked me out was nice. The room was great. Breakfast was good. I would recommend this comfort to anyone. The parking was not great. Not much room. It was close to all things.

may 28, 2025 I went to attend my granddaughter’s graduation. I had to drive over 8 hours to get there. I checked in and it looked decent and put my stuff in my room and left. I laid down and bed bugs!!! They refuse to give me my refund. I didn’t n couldn’t stay due to it and took video of the whole room n bed where bugs were so they couldn’t say well that could be anywhere. I took pictures and video of walking in room n out n never shut it off til I got to front desk. I do not recommend this place. I threw out all of my personal things as soon as I got outside in case any bugs were attached. I definitely n highly recommend someone investigates on how they do business and how they keep up. Having an issue to give me a refund when I absolutely have proof with video recording . Has a weird smell and the outside or inside looks nothing like the pictures they have online.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel rooms are disgusting. The carpet was dirty, the comforters stained, and roaches in the room. This is a health issues and it will be reported. TV didn’t work. TV kept turning off and on in its on. Had to unplug it. The lamp wasn’t working. It needs some serious renovations and an exterminator.

This stay was terrible. We reserved two rooms, one room smelled like dirty socks. The other room the refrigerator did not work and was necessary in order to keep the baby’s milk cold. We told the front desk about the refrigerator and they said they would take care of it which they didn’t. We asked for extra blankets for the sofa bed and were told there werenot any to give us.

The staff were friendly and warm. The room had an odor that was most likely from carpet. We didn't use the pull out sofa after we looked at it and saw how disgusting it was. Think the property could use an upgrade sooner than later

We came down for the air show. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room and the hallway always smelled like it had just been cleaned. Would definitely come back!!

Hot tub was broken, bugs, elevator was down on Sunday at check out time, beds weren’t comfortable. Cards never worked, internet didn’t work. Front desk was friendly.
