I had an amazing experience at this Hilton garden inn location. My family of four shared a room comfortably for two nights. The hotel was very clean (with no bugs) with extremely nice and helpful staff. For example I needed an extra pillow and within seconds they kindly handed me one. Sadly I couldn’t get breakfast either mornings but I will try the breakfast if I’m ever at this Hilton location again. All in all we had a great time at this Hilton garden inn and will be back if we’re ever in Beaufort again.

Me and the wife came here for a short getaway and everything was lovely. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back! great place

I traveled to Beaufort to visit my family that I haven’t seen in over 7 years. My stay at the Hilton was the cherry on top. My room was comfy and clean and the breakfast was good but the staff were amazing! They were all so friendly and welcoming! Nothing like going on vacation and being able to say that everything was perfect.🙌🏼 Thank you guys for the hospitality 😁

Second stay was just as enjoyable as the first! I am blown away by the kindness of the staff. Everyone is engaging especially Jack, Evan, Nick and Marlo! The new bartender Aaron will keep you entertained as well. He is a great addition to the team! I was told dinner will be starting soon and I am excited to dine with them during my stay. Can’t wait u til my travels bring me back to HGI Beaufort!

While in town I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and I’d just like to say that the management team here is top tier. I met Evan and Nick and they were welcoming and made sure I made the most of my stay. I travel a lot for business so working out is very important to me. Nick shared some local places to go for a run and the views were amazing.

Excellent hotel! I was greeted with a warm and friendly greeting from Marlo at the desk. She was very knowledgeable about the area and gave excellent recommendations for dinner. Jack was very friendly and my children enjoyed talking with him in the lobby. The cook at breakfast, Ed, was super friendly and you could taste the love in his food. Really impressed with the cleanliness and staff. We will be back again.

The property is nice. The staff greated me at the desk and were very friendly! I got checked into a nice clean room after a long drive which was very refreshing! I didn’t have any hiccups with my stay which was a relief. We will definitely be returning.

Had booked this a few weeks before and checked in on April 4, 2025 for one night with the possibility of a second night. The woman at the desk was horribly rude and not helpful. Acted like we were putting her out. Not sure what her problem was. We later dealt with a gentleman who came out of the area behind the desk. He was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room was average and clean. The location is definitely not walkable to the Beaufort historic area, and doesn’t offer amenities that would make it worth choosing. Based primarily on the woman at the desk we elected to book a second night at a nearby Tru by Hilton, a much better choice.

Lobby is inviting and guest rooms are clean and that is where it stops. TV was annoying trying to change channels which were very limited. No hot water in shower (we were on the 4th floor). Front desk clerk did not want to offer any compensation for the hot water situation. Finally agreed on two breakfast buffets. Breakfast was less than dismal at $18 pp, although we had gotten compted. At 7:45am, there were no eggs, no meats, no potatoes, only grits in the hot food area. Asked about Danish in the cold food section and was told we should have gotten there sooner as they were now out. For the price we paid, and I am a Lifetime Hilton Diamond, we were treated shabbily and the $175 per night room rate was outrageous. Take your business to another hotel as this one is not worth the price nor the Hilton reputation.
