Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They were remodeling, so no pool or fitness center. Restaurant was understaffed, over an hour wait for food.

The white woman that checked us in was not nice. Paid $12 a plate for breakfast that was worse than the free continental breakfasts at most other hotels. No pool, the elevator takes 10 minutes to come and the other 2 don’t work. The ladies that work the breakfast were very nice. The beds are extremely high. If I was any shorter I wouldn’t be able to get on it (I’m 5’4).
