(Hotel does not offer rollaway beds). The Hampton Inn Beaufort also has a seasonal outdoor Pool (closed October-March).
The Hampton Inn is located 5 miles to the Parris Island Marine Military Base and just a few miles to the downtown Historical District with its many Shops, Restaurants and the Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park.

NO ice... workout room was closed. Definitely have had better breakfasts...staff less than friendly. Pretty sure thats not the "Hampton standards" Clean roo. And comfy beds.

Stayed here for two nights . Booked with the knowledge of renovations taking place. Apparently, all the rooms had already been renovated. I don't think that had included the carpets or air conditioning units/systems. The rooms had a musty smell. Breakfast was nice. Staff were nice. Location was off the main road a bit and had lovely view of marsh, nice trees. Nice little outside pool. No ice machines working or fitness area open until renovations over. I would rate this present hotel a 2.5 or low 3.

Woke to a bed bug crawling on me when I complained the Manager blamed me. Room 223 had bed bugs on July 8,2025. Do not stay here!!

When we return, we will stay at Yemassee Hampton Inn. The only nice person was a male employee that we saw in the lobby. The other employees were either rude or apathetic. I guess when the priority is talking about personal issues outside of work instead of focusing on guests, we get what we get. Room was clean and similar to other Hampton Inns. Currently, they are remodeling. Note: we have stayed at other HI in state of remodeling and had excellent customer service.

Not located within walking distance to downtown area. Hotel entrance was under renovation and the pool and fitness center were closed.

Rooms were great breakfast was great staff was great did not like they had workers fixing the outside scraping stucco got all over car while i was checking in then one morning of the guys was right outside the window working then they had extension cord running under a door that need key card to get into the pool was closed was never informed of that till we arrived
