I was not impressed in the slightest. Took forever to check in. The cost was more that advertised when I booked online. I was assigned a room that was "non smoking," yet it reaked of cigarettes covered up with cleaning chemicals. The bathroom sink was dirty, the handles were filthy covered in grime and clearly not cleaned often. The shower racks were coming out of the wall not well maintained. The Bed was as comfortable as sleeping on metallic springs, bed coverings made me itch, and pillows were terrible. I woke up out of discomfort several times throughout the night, and was not rested at all when I woke up in the morning. The breakfast waffle mix had the taste of sourdough but was not, so most likely of an indeterminate age, the bananas and bagels were fresh however, there wasn't any protein such as eggs, meat etc... I have had way better breakfast at Econo Lodge (same price range). Overall terrible experience, in future I will be booking at Econo Lodge, or spending the extra $50 to stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

Booked a room for a Friday and Saturday stay, room was booked for $75 a night each night, received a call 3 days prior to stay asking if I was still planning on staying with them. Told them I was and was asking about check-in and out times and general info when I was told the date had doubled. Pulled up confirmation email to make sure I was correct and advise the manager what I was quoted. She basically told me I’ll pay the extra amount of cancel. I cancelled my stay 3 days prior to the Check-in because I will not give my money to a shady business and a family who could care less about their customers!

NEVER STAY HERE!
Place smelled bad upon arrival, pool had some kind of film on it and seemed to be contributing to smell through whole place. Had broken picture in room, AC rattled the whole time it was on, the towel rack was broken off wall and missing and the shelving unit for towels fell off wall when closing door. Breakfast was horrible and ran out of many items. I have travelled for 40 years and this was by far the worst hotel I have been to. There is not one good thing I can say about the place.

The staff is wonderful - thank you for your smiling and welcoming presences (all staff that we interacted with). The room and breakfast met our needs. We are frequent Victorian Inn users.

Commons areas throughout hotel were dirty. When we first got to pool it had a film over the top, that should have been first clue to not let kids swim. Then, within our 30 mins at the pool we saw/killed 2 giant cockroaches. Took them to show front desk and all he said was “sorry. They won’t be there tomorrow. It’s summer so there is bugs.” Both beds had thin, pilled sheets and there were crumbs in both beds. One comforter had what appeared to be a blood stain. The pillows were flat and pillowcases thin. We opted to check out early and book elsewhere. We did bring our concerns to the person at the front desk and were told we could not get any type of refund and honestly he didn’t seem all that shocked or concerned by our complaints. Do not stay here. Oh and the “hot” breakfast was a joke other than the waffle maker.
