The room was very satisfactory. We booked a triple room on the top floor with a bed for each person. It also had a fully equipped kitchen and a small refrigerator. Vlad was very enthusiastic. We discussed in advance to store our luggage to go to the first mountain, which was very convenient for us. The hotel window can directly see the snow-capped mountains opposite. Interesting location with an extraordinary welcome from the managers. Clean, welcoming, functional accommodations. Ideal option for a family weekend with children. We really appreciated the courtesy and availability of Vlad and Ana who made our stay truly pleasant. The location of the hotel is great. The hotel owner welcomed us at the hotel entrance and they were very interested. It was a friendly and warm welcome. They gave detailed answers to all the questions we asked through the application in a short time. When choosing a room, I mistakenly chose the two-storey apartment. It was an unsuitable apartment because we had a baby. But the hotel owner thought about this situation and gave us a different single-storey room. We really liked this kind gesture. We thank all employees again. If I go to Switzerland again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The views are unbelievable, the village is quant and quiet, and even has public transit down to Interlaken if you don't want to drive back down for dinner. But by far the best part was the hospitality from Vlad and Ana. Very knowledgeable of the area and could probably plan an entire 2 weeks of adventures. Thanks Vlad, will be returning.

We visited Beatenberg as part of our road trip to Switzerland and amazed by the view of this village hence decided to checkout earlier from our hotel in Bern and stay in Stern hotel for the rest of our trip. We had a very nice, cosy, clean penthouse with a balcony and perfect view. I can’t recommend the host ( Vlad ) more than enough. His hospitality skill is fantastic and made us feel at home. He is a very social, kind gentleman who is always keen to support when needed. He advised us on the best attractions around the village and how to plan well for each day to enjoy the most. We all cant wait to return back Thanks for everything Vlad. Hope to see you soon again
