Beautiful views of Bear Lake, comfortable for a family of 9 with bedroom space and bathrooms, nice location to access both Garden City and North Shore, appreciated having landscaping and deck with grill and hot tub

Lovely modern home
New home in a new area. We loved hanging on the large deck enjoying the view. The grass was perfect for yard games and the host accommodated some special requests. I can’t think of anything that I wished the place had that it didn’t.
