Welcome to Lazy Bear Lakehouse! We purchased this home in September of 2020 after falling in love with Bear Lake. We found this to be the perfect gathering place for family and friends and are excited to offer it as an amazing stay for your next large gathering. This gated-community home with 5,000 square feet, 7 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms (that sleeps 38!) offers gorgeous lake views, modern amenities, and plenty of creature comforts for relaxation and play. Enjoy playing pool, foosball, air hockey or watching a movie on one of 5 flat screen TVs. Enjoy breathtaking views from your own private Bullfrog hot tub on the back patio. The property also sits just across the street from the clubhouse, offering two heated swimming pools, water slide, hot tub, basketball court, tennis court, pickleball court, and playground. The outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to early October. Start the day watching the sunrise over the lake right from the master bedroom or deck. For all-season outdoor play, enjoy The Reserve’s 1800-foot private beach, miles of ATV and snowmobile trails accessible right from the property, or skiing at nearby Beaver Mountain. Come home to enjoy sitting by the fireplace or a mug of hot chocolate by heaters on the deck while you unwind and watch the turquoise water. House fit our family of 12 adults and 14 children well. The games of billiards, foosball, air hockey and ping pong filled our evenings after long days at the beach. Great kitchen and lots of dining area. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

slopping front stairs Everything was wonderful. The best in our history of rental property stays. However, there is a falling hazard in the design of the front steps. Especially for seniors. The east end of the bottom step falls away/slants down. Gives your brain the sensation of falling since it is not like the others. The rise of the step is fine but the step is not fully perpendicular to the riser. The step slopes away. Please fix this before someone falls because of uneven steps.

Everything was great. Everyone enjoyed staying. The home fit our needs as well as being extremely comfortable. Only negative was the big couch downstairs wasn’t cleaned under. We loved it to accommodate the group and it hadn’t been cleaned under. Everything was great.

Family reunion A beautiful and roomy property. The children loved the hot tub and the inside games. We also used the community pools and pickle ball court. We had memorable time.
