Spark by Hilton Cleveland Beachwood

Very nice staff, clean room. The only complaint is our room was right beside the highway and it was very hard to sleep.

Very disappointing two floor property presents as a motel 6 with Hilton badging. Rooms exceptionally small and the absolute cheapest furniture you can imagine. The place reeks of cost-cutting and cheap ownership. Room was not clean, I found a woman’s used sock and 6 long black hairs wrapped up in the ‘clean’ towels. I have never been so happy to leave a property as when I put this property in my rear view mirror. This is a fifty dollar motel room with Hilton badging.

We needed a reasonably priced room for a medical appointment. We were very happy with our 1 night stay. The price, the room, everything was great. I definitely would recommend.

I say at this hotel often when I come to town and it’s absolutely always a pleasant stay! Clean and accommodating. The staff has been truly wonderful to see each visit with especially Mark, Christine and the entire front desk staff! If you’re looking for a comfortable, friendly and cost effective stay, you won’t be disappointed!

The STAFF was incredible! Made us feel like we were at a fancy resort! So friendly and helpful! We are returning guests!

Very clean hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Wish the breakfast had a luttle more choices.

Everything worked fine. Wish there was _one_ overhead light that could illuminate the entire room. Instead you had to open the curtains -- onto the ground floor parking lot! The bathroom was tiny. Tiny as in, you could sit on the toilet and close the door tiny. This, from a Hilton?
