This is a LOVELY hotel and I was so pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. Raven at the front desk is so kind and also super helpful. When I was having trouble connecting to the internet, she came to my room to help me troubleshoot. There are two lovely housekeepers as well that were so friendly and delightful. I believe one is from the Ukraine and the other one is named Emily. I ran into them a few times throughout my stay and their friendliness was a bright spot in my travels. Thank you to this excellent staff!

The conditioner was almost empty and the soap dispensers/conditioner etc. fell off the wall. The sink was a little slow to drain.

Property was clean and the staff was great at checking in with me in case I needed anything. Lots of dining options close by. Love the modern decor and would definitely stay here the next time I’m in Cleveland.

What really stood out was the EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Everyone at the front desk went out of their way to ensure our stay was great. They were also super friendly and helpful. Great stay!
