"The Four Seasons Resort is as good as ever and I am very satisfied. Rustom at the front desk is kind, enthusiastic and understanding, and Angela, Sharon and Tracy at the lakeside restaurant are affable and smart. When I went to have lunch, the restaurant was empty. Angela and Sharon told me seriously that they were sorry, but the restaurant was closed and would reopen next year. I was a little confused. It didn’t look like it. The front desk told me that there was lunch, and the Buggy driver When they took me to the restaurant, they didn't say it was closed. "Style design, great air conditioning, wonderful views from the window, quietly. 200 meters from the Indian store and takeaway food. I recommend that you are on a car, bus can wait an hour (as lucky), there are no swimming beaches (for fishermen). It was shown in the photo. But 10-15 minutes drive are many wonderful beaches, including the beach of Hotel Four Seasons, Takamaka. There is no sharp knife in the kitchen, potatoes are not cut, everything else is wonderful. "The hotel is 30-40 minutes drive from the airport, not close but it was newly opened last year with complete facilities and a large enough parking lot. It is very friendly to friends who rent cars. There is a car rental company very close to the hotel, with low prices. The lady boss is very friendly. We booked an exquisite king-size bed suite, the room is large enough, the balcony is also spacious and bright, and the room is cleaned and the bed is made twice a day. The service awareness of the hotel front desk is poor. We got three different answers as to whether we could go to the newly opened restaurant for HB dinner. The replies were not unified. We stayed for four nights and were told by the front desk that the car was broken and we could not go to the sister hotel mango house. It was very disappointing. The restaurant staff did not have the awareness of cleaning the table. It would be better if some water entertainment activities were added."
