There are bathrobes, but the bath towels are small and thin, which is slightly inconsistent with the decoration quality. Emphasis on suggestion: service is not only about good attitude, but also about hardware and software + concepts. For example, it costs 3 yuan to add mineral water and check-out must be at 12 o'clock. These two items are not in line with the service awareness of pursuing high-level hotels.
