You’ve been warned. Check the photos. Bugs all over room. Phones out. Internet out. Front desk was asleep at the checkout! No way this is a 3.5 star hotel. It is the old school Motels. Just because it says Regency dont be fooled. It is privately owned and is NOT affiliated with Hyatt.

Wow. The bullet proof glass in the lobby should have been my first hint. Second hint was the people sitting on the stairs smoking with 3-4 stamped out butts next to them drinking a beer. They tried to clean the carpet....while I was in the room!! It was 100+F that day, they maint needed to clean the A/C unit. I thought cool...a new filter, wipe down the coils, real quick and keep it working tip-top. Nope! Guy came in with a screw gun and a cart literally took my A/C unit out of the wall!! Never had anything like this happen to me before. I thought someone stole it!

We had a nice and affordable stay. We were in the Grand Double room which is great for families! It has a spacious room with two queens and a fold-out couch. It also has a small kitchen with medium sized fridge and two hot plates to cook meals so you don't have to go out for every meal. There is a desk as well as a table and chairs so my husband was able to work while my kids could use the table for school work. The couple that run the hotel are both very nice and accommodating. Overall we had a great stay!.
