I'm no stranger to the Home2 Suites brand and depending on price and availability, I often choose this Hilton Brand if there is one in the area. On my trip to the Baytown area, I chose this hotel as it was a newer hotel and the price was comparable to other similar hotels in the area. The rooms at Home2 Suites are large and roomy and come with all the amenities you need for one or more nights. The rooms have a kitchenette, plenty of space for your bags, enough room for a Yoga mat, large and comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. I also chose this hotel for the gym as it has modern gym equipment and a variety of equipment. The lobby is large and bright and has many areas to work and play for large groups and individuals. The Breakfast has many options incl, including hot and cold food and a selection of fresh fruits. Overall a very good, affordable hotel in the Baytown area.

The hotel was clean and updated. My room was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the breakfast needed some improvement. The coolers weren’t working so everything including milk had to be requested from the kitchen person.

The entire staff has been nothing short of truly remarkable! I enjoy every moment of this stay! Breakfast is amazing and they truly make you feel at home! Emily, Christian, Alex and Elisa, Christopher and Management with Fabiola and Ashley are just the best!

From check in to check out just an excellent stay! I tend to frequent this hotel due to the service and cleanliness, however this time was by far the best! I would like to specifically praise housekeeping Ana Chavarilla for going above and beyond in her duties! I then got to speak with Director of Sales Ashley Shackelford, and tho she is always super nice when I stay here, I visited with her further this time when inquiring about Ana. This young lady was a superstar and it makes perfect sense why she is in the hospitality business!!

We stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Baytown for my son and daughter in law's wedding on Sept. 29th and 30th. Everything went great. We had several rooms booked in the hotel with family, friends and the wedding party. The front desk at all hours of the day and night were so friendly and helpful.

The pool was closed, and the floor in the room was sticky, we had to keep our shoes on. The breakfast was very limited. We had to drive to use the pool in the sister property. The gym needed to aired out. Not a pleasant stay.

The attention they gave us was wonderful since we arrived. Christian helped us with the allocation of the room. Then we decided to stay another night and Luz helped us with a smile to be assigned the same room. Boruska's food, cleanliness and order during breakfast was spectacular. We will be back very soon, thank you for making our little vacation a pleasant memory. Thank you very much for your attention.

First, I chose this property and it's even a bit out of my way; for the convenience of breakfast and relaxation of the pool. The pool is cloudy and gross and the breakfast...well simply has no food! No oatmeal, no cereal, not much bread choice and old fruit! Everything was just out!!!!!!! SUCKS!
