Awesome staff and greeted at the desk with smile. Breakfast had enough options to start the day off Stayed here numerous times, always pleased with facilities. Rooms were pleasant and bed was comfortable. This is always our go to place when we are in town.

I was only in for one day and the ladies at the front took very good care of me! I came very hungry and very tired. They quickly checked me in and gave me an arrival gift. When I got to the room the ladies had given me 2 bottles of water, a granola bar, and a bag of chips! I wish I could've expressed how grateful I was to receive this because I hadn't eaten in hours. The hotel had laminated floors which I like better than carpet. It was clean and large. Breakfast had a little bit for everyone's taste. The only downside was that I was in the back, but that was fine because it was nice and quiet. I would recommend this hotel. If you are looking for a hotel with not all the frills but clean and with a friendly staff and with breakfast included, it's a no-brainer. This place is perfect!

My wife and I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The hotel has been updated and the rooms were very clean. Housekeeping does an excellent job maintaining the rooms. The hot breakfast was very good and filling. Teresa the manager did an excellent job accommodating our needs. The room rates were very affordable. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning on staying in the Bradenton/Sarasota area.

The sheets were not changed, until I asked for sheets and changed them myself after the 3rd day. The sand on the floor was also never swept until I borrowed a broom, and did it myself. The room wasn’t very clean and it was very outdated. Bathtub not cleaned daily. Cushion on the chair was stained and looked dirty. Not sure how this place has ever been given over two stars. Also, asked for an extra blanket on the first night and was told they didn’t have any. The next day, requested a second bedspread or additional lightweight comforter, and was not given one.

We checked into our booked room but when we walked into it, there was no way we could stay there! Extremely dirty. One bed was not made, there was stains all over the chair and there was dirt, food, and debris all over the floor. We immediately went back to the receptionist and told her and asked for a refund. She said she would go on ******* right away and start the process but apparently she did not. Would not recommend!

Great for the price The grounds were very clean. Parking outside our room was great. Breakfast was ok. The rooms were dated and the floors kinda nasty like most old hotels. I don’t like most hotel floors. Housekeeping was super friendly and made sure we had clean towels and necessities each day. The pool area was fantastic. The location was central to the convention center and beaches. We would stay again
