Das familotel ist super geführt. Das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel bietet alles was man sich wünschen kann und das Kinderprogramm ist super. Das Essen ist sowohl qualitativ als auch geschmacklich und auch von der Vielfalt hervorragend Gerne wieder! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Es liegen keine Handtücher mehr aus. Das ist sehr schade. Die Bettenmatratze war viel zu weich und das Bettlaken zu klein. Dadurch lag die Matratze wie eine krumme Banane.

Service fanden wir an sich gut, wurden auch ausführlich und gut zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten beraten Schön wäre noch ein kleines Angebot an analogen Medien Lage toll mit netten Möglichkeiten für kleine Ausflüge mit Kindern Kinderbetreuung leider wenig attraktiv/spannend für unsere Kinder (5 und 8 Jahre), außer Fackelspaziergang und Clownshow! Leider wenig gesundes, ansprechendes Essensangebot für Kinder, Soßen auch super salzig/würzig Dessert/Kuchen allgemein sehr süß Hätten uns etwas mehr Abwechslung und Kreativität beim Essen beim Konzept "Move and relax" gewünscht Hotel Innenräume sehr warm, in Zimmer auch durch Lüften kaum angenehmes Raumklima Möglicherweise ist das Konzept nicht unseres und funktioniert für andere Familien besser :)

Uns hat es super gefallen in dem Familienhotel. Vorallem für kleine ist echt viel geboten. Indoor Spielplatz und ein kleines Schwimmbad (war leider 1-2Grad zu kalt). Wir waren 2 Tage im Winter fast nur im Hotel, und es wurde keinesfalls langweilig Das Essen war echt gut. Für ein Buffet hat es echt immer gut geschmeckt. Also der hohe Preis ist meines erachtens gerechtfertigt

Das Bayrischzell ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um den Alltag zu unterbrechen, Energie zu tanken und Familienzeit zu genießen. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr nett; ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder im Kinderbereich es ist stets freundliche Stimmung. Kinder werden liebevoll in alles einbezogen und bedacht (so hat unser Sohn den Hocker am Buffet geliebt und er dadurch ganz frei selbst schauen konnte, was es gibt). Unser Zimmer war sehr neu und schön und es war gut Platz als Familie.
