The service offered at the hotel was excellent. There is a club area accessible to hotel members. The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly.

The reception is located on 9th floor and have to park the car to lift upstair, take the key and go back back down to park the car.
Service was fine and the hotel has its own modern style of design.

Emplacement proche centre ville, parking à 150 m car à l’hôtel 15 places à 16€ la nuit. Chambre visuellement sympa, literie vraiment moyen, lit petit. En arrivant nous avons dit que après plusieurs appel personne ne répond au tel, mais tous le monde s en moque apparement. Pas de bouteille d eau dans les chambres, un seul verre dans la salle d eau, la chambre au dessus de la nôtre la 110 bouger des meubles ou je ne sais quoi pdt la nuit, isolation pas top niveau bruit, remonté de bruit de la canalisation de la douche ou des toilettes toute la nuit !!!! Bref une nuit pas top ! P’tit déjeuner correct.

Personnel au top, et au petit soins chambre original mais salle de bain qui manque d’intimité pour deux personnes. Le manque de stationnement est un peu gênant par mauvais temps.

Las habitaciones estaban limpias, tienes acceso en la novena planta a frutas, café, leche, etc gratis a cualquier hora. El desayuno de bufete se paga y es caro, 18€. El parking hay que reservar porque tiene pocas plazas . Las habitaciones son amplias y con diseños modernos

From the moment we arrived at Reception (strangely on 9th floor) we were made to feel welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean. Good pressure in shower with lots of hot water. Breakfasts over three mornings the best I’ve come across - organic local produce (great scrambled eggs), cheeses, hams and pastries. What I liked was that at any time in the day complementary tea, coffee, cakes, biscuits were available - a nice touch. There was a limited evening menu during the week and only cold-cut platters weekend but all was reasonably priced. The club lounge was comfortable with sofas and great views. All the staff charming and helpful . A plus was the secured underground car park, short walk to centre and that the bus to Biarritz was only a few metres from the hotels.

Accueil honnête au 9e étage, là où la vue est la meilleure. Parking un peu cher (16€). Chambre confortable mais salle de bains beaucoup trop exigüe. Pas la peine de payer le supplément chambre supérieure. Un hôtel bien placé mais légèrement surfait!
