The service offered at the hotel was excellent. There is a club area accessible to hotel members. The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly.

The reception is located on 9th floor and have to park the car to lift upstair, take the key and go back back down to park the car.
Service was fine and the hotel has its own modern style of design.

Four friends visiting Bayonne to watch 3 games over the weekend . OKKO was an excellent base with comfortable facilities , good breakfast ( needed before setting out for days walking everywhere ) and a friendly bar for aperitif and nightcap.

Le design et le confort de la chambre est excellent, l'accueil au restaurant est chaleureux et très professionnel. Petit salle de sport et sauna dont on peu profiter. L'hôtel est facile d'accès avec parking.

Je vous expose mon expérience à l’hôtel Okko Bayonne. Je réserve en ligne pr 2 nuits petits déjeuners inclus. Je ne réalise pas que je réserve pour 2 personnes alors que je suis seule ! J’avertis immédiatement l’hôtel qui me répond que le tarif reste inchangé sauf la taxe de séjour redéfini pour une personne et non pour 2 personnes. Je paye donc 4 petits déjeuners au lieu de 2 sans qu’il y ait une prise en compte de la part de l’hôtel sur le fait que je sois seule et non accompagnée. J’aurai espérer un geste commercial mais la personne de l’accueil n’a pas davantage pris en compte ma réclamation initiale qu’ à mon départ. Je n’ai pas eu le sentiment d’être entendu et bénéficier d’une attention particulière au vu de la situation. Je suis amenée à réserver régulièrement dans des hôtels au vu de mes nombreux déplacements professionnels et je n’ai jamais vu ça. C’est juste inadmissible ! Payer 4 petits déjeuners sur 2 jours pour une personne comment peut on ne pas proposer au moins un geste commercial Je prévois une réclamation en bonne et due forme !
