Terrible Breakfast Experience – False Advertising & No Resolution from Management My recent stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing due to the unacceptable breakfast service and the person in charge of the hotel at the moment. Despite paying for it, the hotel failed to deliver what was promised. Multiple items were unavailable—even though staff had confirmed their availability. Additionally, while hot dishes may not always be offered, they were listed in the description provided to us. The service was equally poor: staff began clearing breakfast at 10:00 AM (30 minutes before the official end time of 10:30 AM) and even started putting chairs up on tables next to us, making us feel unwelcome. When I raised the issue with the on-duty manager, I was dismissed without a proper solution. Even worse, I contacted the corporate office for assistance—both by phone and email—and received no help whatsoever. They offered loyalty points as payback (not understanding that after my first and probably last experience with Accor Hotels I will not use those points or pay for any other service in the brand) Extremely dissatisfied with both the hotel and corporate’s lack of accountability.
