The location is OK. You can walk to the downtown area. There are no basic toiletries, no daily cleaning, and the facilities are relatively old. It looks like they are in urgent need of renovation. I don't know if the water heater was broken on the morning of check-out, so there was no hot water for the shower, so I had to dry myself halfway. Overall, it's quite fair for this price. You get what you pay for.

Résidence agréable en centre-ville
Studio très bien agencé, propre et au calme au 4⁰ étage. Accueil téléphonique peu chaleureux pour une arrivée à 18h15, il fallait que je fasse la procédure pour récupérer la clé... la télévision ne fonctionnait pas (pas de signal), j'ai dû appeler la permanence qui n'a pas su m'aider. C'est le lendemain que le problème a été résolu.
Il est vrai que ce n'est pas un hôtel avec un accueil 24/24, cela n'empêche pas d'être au service du client de manière agréable et efficace.
A part cette mésaventure, et le problème de parking gratuit à proximité, la résidence est confortable et propre.
