設施破舊，安全無保障。避雷！狠狠避雷！半夜來人非要闖進來，老闆説沒有保安，直接讓我報警。這麼大的公寓沒有安保人員，安全是個很大的問題。隔壁房間有男男女女唱歌，搓麻將。客廳內共兩個大燈，一個短路，一閃一閃的，另一個根本不亮。衞生間熱水器漏水，整夜都在滴水，滴滴答答讓人無法睡眠。這種店也不知道是怎麼經營下去的。

第一次入住這種公寓式酒店，感覺環境特別不錯，價格挺實惠的，而且衞生條件特別乾淨，老闆人也挺好，地理位置也不錯，離市醫院和維多利啥的都不遠，樓下就有超市和吃東西的地方，而且也挺安靜的，安全係數也挺高！本來拍了視頻了，但是上傳不了，環境是真心不錯，下次還來住
