The hotel is ok overall but I wouldn't recommend to pay for a suite if you receive one suite like the one we received. We are currently in the hotel and we received suite 41. I have booked 3 nights all inclusive for my boyfriend birthday a suite thinking that the view and the room will be amazing but i am really disappointed. The suite doesn't look like the suite i have seen on the website when i have booked. It's completely different and the terrace is very small compared with what they are advertising. Half of the terrace is just rocks !!!! I am still in this hotel but i am really disappointed from the beginning! I will not come back!

Construction starts right outside your room slightly before 7am. The shaking, rattling, saw cutting, and worker conversation is a great feature! The best feature was management's apathetic attitude towards hard working families paying $1k/night. Especially after spending $1k to go to the Halloween party the night before. We returned from the party at 11pm only to have my young children startled by smashing, rattling, and cutting as the saw horse was 10' from our window. Dealing with cranky kids, who weren't able to get enough sleep, at Disney is a blast! Nice or the management to offer us $300 off of our $8k vacation at a "deluxe resort." I would have rather slept in our rental car in the parking lot. We've spent well over $100,000 at Disney over the past decade and we get a "sorry, they need to get the tower done to stay on schedule." Our travel agent was told that construction was to start after 9:00am by TWO separate Disney reps on the phone. The hotel denied it and said Florida state law allows them to start at 7:00am. Great way to treat guests. Disney has lost its appreciation for customers and only cares about the bottom line. They take their customers for granted. It shows in their actions. Dump.

We stayed at this hotel for one-night only because we were traveling to Daytona to stay the long weekend with friends. Our goal was to have a little Disney fun without a theme park experience and it was accomplished! We got there on a Thursday morning around 11:30am and our room was available for check-in (which was great to dump off our bags and freshen up after a long flight). Our kids (ages 5 & 8) thoroughly enjoyed the pool areas - both the water playground and the slide... it kept them busy the entire afternoon. My only wish was that there were better food options. However, we are pretty traditional eaters and don't branch out much, so some of the themed food was not appealing to my family. We ordered Flipper's Pizza for delivery that evening which was very yummy! The best part of the stay was that you have a tremendous view of the Magic Kingdom nightly fireworks over the lagoon!

We had an average stay at the Polynesian resort. We absolutely loved the convenience factor of being close to Magic Kingdom. I was a little disappointed with our room situation. I put in for a room request, and when I spoke with a cast member about it at the front desk, she seemed rather irritated about trying to honor that request. We ended up in Pago Pago and listened to construction beeping for an entire night on our last night, which was very frustrating. The pool also felt overcrowded.

Love the Moana and polynesian island theme here - they have welcome leis available when you arrive for check in. Plenty of comfortable seating throughout with a beautiful pool with a waterfall. Accessible to the monorail in order to get to Magic Kingdom or EPCOT.

Great stay, from start to finish. Was here for thirteen nights, family of five and it never failed. Asked for a balcony on arrival, so the wife and I had a place to hide from the kids, but none were free until the next day. Stuck with our Juliet and despite the adjacent building work, it never affected our stay. Mousekeeping were brilliant. Room amazingly clean. If you like your shower, like me, these are poor, but only fault. Oh and a very slow lift. Good selection of bars, shops on site entertainment. Two pools are great, though we preferred the quieter one, with the drink machines. Feedback - please prioritise hotel guests over others inside trader Sam’s. So many none guests stop here, which is fine, but we pay a lot of money to be here and we shouldn’t have to wait two hours for a drink inside. Would come back, 90%. Would have been 100% for a full balcony - given the length we stopped, surely we must have been a valued guest,

Had a great stay. The theming here is so good and the lobby is so welcoming. Can get some dole whips right outside. Lots of great food options onsite or a short monorail ride away. The monorail is a huge perk of staying here for Magic Kingdom as you go through security leaving and then can bypass it for the park. You are able to see the fireworks right from the beach. The main pool is always loud and busy! Even with construction going on nearby it was quiet and no issues so don’t let that deter you from staying here. The room was great - the 5th sleeper is perfect for a family of 4 so everyone has their own bed. Love the split bathroom for getting ready in the mornings too!
