Had another pleasant experience at the Grand Beach (this is our go-to hotel every time we are in Miami!) Marco made our longer stay at the hotel extremely comfortable with his great attention to detail and ease at accommodating nearly everything we asked! 10/10!!!! Thank you!

Completely enjoyed our brief stay. It’s a beautiful property in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and polite.

Exvelencia en atención y servicio. Limpieza. Buena ubicación y tranquilidad. Repetimos ya 3 veces. Buena vista y habitación super amplia. Con 2 baños es genial para co.partir con familia. Rosario en la recepción te soluciona cualquier tema.

This hotel is in a super central location. Next to so many shops and restaurants and the beach is less than 5 mins away. The main highway is about 12-15 mins away and that’s a major plus. It has amazing views, amazing location, amazing staff. We’ve interacted with Marcos on several occasions and have always been super friendly. At times he’s the only one there working front desk but he’ll make sure to take care of your needs as soon as possible. We will be staying soon again that’s how much we like the hotel and staff.

Tolle Lage, ausgezeichnete Zimmer auch gross genug für 3 Personen mit schönen Balkon auf das Meer, die Gebäude in Surfside. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten eine Beschwerde wegen des Lärms in der Umgebung, diese wurde umgehend zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst. Der tolle Strand von Miami ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss, Miami SoBe 10 Minuten per Auto und Miami Downtown 30 Minuten per Auto. Einziger Nachteil ist das Frühstück, im Laufe von 10 Tagen wurde nicht eine Änderung vorgenommen, selbst für ein 3 Sterne Hotel wäre mehr Abwechslung wünschenswert.
