We had an incredibly fun stay! Perfect water park for our kids (ages 1 and 3). There are two big water slides for older kids, indoor/outdoor hot tub, lazy river, pool, and playground splash pad for youngins. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and comfy! Highly recommend booking a stay here

Had a very nice stay at the Rapid River Lodge! Was comfortable, clean, had a nice breakfast (included) and all the staff we interacted with were pleasant and assisted us with any needs. We did not use the water park, so can't give you a review on it. We would definitely stay there again.

I don't normally write reviews, but this place was great. First - the beds were nice Serta beds. Something that can easily be forgotten when looking at pictures of a place. The indoor water park was loved by my kids. Unlike another waterpark that we've previously went to, this place actually is staffed well and always has staff watching the pools and cleaning stuff up. The snack area was nice - I liked that I could charge stuff directly to my room. The area had stuff for most ages of kids - very small, little, and then 2 larger waterslides that would be good for lower teens even. My family had a great experience here.

Our family 's two night stay was not comfortable or peaceful! If I could give a zero star review that would be equitable for this Baxter Rapid River Lodge experience . I remember this hotel from years past to be very comfortable and restful however there was no rest on this recent two night stay. That is the point of staying here to get rest needed . Extremely disappointed ! I would not stay here ever again even if they gave us free nights . No Thank You

This hotel and water park are awesome! We traveled with 4 kids (6, 4, 2, and 5 months). The hotel room was great- lots of room and VERY clean. The carpet was the cleanest hotel carpet I’ve come across. Breakfast was wonderful- tons of options. And it tasted wonderful! The water park was so fun for each one of us. It’s set up really well for families- a tiny tots area, hot tub, deeper pool, lazy river, 2 big slides. It’s a great value for hotel, breakfast, AND water park passes!!

Untrained or very inexperienced staff. Also heard the Manager arguing with a guest in the Hallway....Very Unprofessional. We will be skipping this hotel for our next visit to the area, which is a shame considering how often we are in the area.

The water park has been recently updated. It is very clean and bright. They have a play area with a zero entry for smaller kids. The water slides and lazy river were a hit for my 8 and 10 year. The adults enjoyed the hot tub that was indoors and outdoors. This waterpark was a bit smaller then some that we have been to, but we appreciated the smaller crowd. The beds were comfortable and everything seemed clean. The breakfast had many options for our family.

About two hours after we checked out, the hotel called to let us know we forgot our daughter’s iPad. We appreciated them reaching out before we even realized it was missing. The hotel and waterpark was clean and the beds were comfortable. My daughter moved the pancake making machine!
