Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort All Inclusive

We spent one week at the Reserve section of resort. Service at the resort was very good. Our concierge Christian was the best! He took care of everything we needed and went above and beyond for my entire family . Whatever request you might have, they do their best to deliver. I can’t remember everyone’s names, but every single person we interacted with at Sante were amazing. Barnella, Amanda, Melaqui, Kelvin, Franklin, and I know I’m missing others were great. They really work hard to make sure guests are happy. Resort is clean, rooms very comfortable. It’s a shame that the standards for cuisine fell way below our standards. A big part of our vacations are for great food. We are not big drinkers, so I can’t comment on drinks. Food was 2 stars at best. We did not go to Flora or the buffet. It did not look like the uneven have a chef. More like a cook preparing premade meals. The desserts look like they were massed produced at Costco , pastries is morning were store bought and stale. So if food is important factor I wouldn’t come back. A shame cause the people working here are great.

Had a wonderful time thanks to our butler Mr. Gustavo and his colleagues Pedro in the beach area, Marcos and Maricela’s in the pool area of the adult side. Also everyone in the Sante restaurant were great.
