They charge extra “optional fees” as mandatory cash before they give you the key, the reservation states that there is a fee to pay at the property however they want double . The apartment for a a fourth of the actual price they will charge extra fees cleaning, air conditioner, taxes and other extra charges. Do your self a favor and book hotel room stead, you will be safer i spoke with other guest and some where charge way more than me.

This property was dirty room smelled like smoke sheets were dirty. Bathroom was dirty. The towels were rough and didn’t even dry you. Description of property stated Internet use Internet was not working. Was told to use other rooms Internet, but still wasn’t able to get service. Checked in at three, checked out at 6 AM unable to sleep due to the tobacco smell of the room. I Do not recommend this location.

Honestly I was a little disappointed on this hotel that I stayed at. On the first day I found a cockroach in the bathroom, and I another two cockroaches under the couch. I was expecting it to be better, but it was a wonderful vacation. I recommend for anybody that coming here in punta cana to choose a wisely where you gonna stay. Please check the room before sleeping, and bring it buy the sprayer for the insects. Don’t be shy to ask for water or toilet paper or anything else.

I booked the hotel from the airport at 9:50 pm. Then arrived 30 minutes later. The office was closed when I arrived at 10:20 pm leaving me stranded. The next day I tried to get a refund when they reopened but it seems to be a scam and no refund was provided.
Policy says this:
“The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - midnight.”
This is a lie. Don’t book here!!

Experiencia terrible! Las habitaciones parecen bien pero luego te das cuenta de que hay mil bichos pequeños que conviven contigo durante tu estancia, incluida una cucaracha que nos dio los buenos dias en el baño. De los cuatro dias que nos hospedamos 1 tuvimos agua caliente y la culpa fue nuestra por haberlo avisado un dia despues de llegar y no ese mismo??? Nos cambiaron de cuarto a otro que si tenia agua caliente pero dejó de funcionar ese mismo día La actitud del personal es desagradable, la “jefa” te habla fatal, subida de tono y su respuesta cuando le dijimos que nos queriamos ir a otro hotel por que solo en ese solo tuvimos problemas desde que llegamos su respuesta fue “pues vete”. Ademas, el aire acondicionado no esta incluido, son 10 dolares por noche. No lo recomiendo a nadie, sobre todo si quieren tener unas vacaciones tranquilas sin tener que estar preocupados por exigir un servicio por el que estas pagando!!

Todo, el personal muy desagradable. El agua caliente no funcionaba y el personal nos dio la culpa porque lo avisamos un día después de llegar. De los 4 días que estuvimos me duche un día con agua caliente y fue en el hotel de enfrente. Además el personal pretendió que esperáramos en nuestra habitación toda la tarde para esperar un técnico por arreglar un servicio que hemos pagado. También, en Booking no lo comunican pero nos han hecho pagar también 10 dólares a persona por noche por el aire condicionado! Por el malo tratamiento hemos cambiado de hotel y el personal no nos ha reembolsado nada reiterando a nosotras la culpa porque no hemos comunicado el primer día que no había agua fría! Y la cama estaba tan sucia y llenas de mosquitos y cucarachas!! Experiencia terribile!!!
