I came with my 8year old son for vacation and we had the best week ever! Staff were always so friendly and willing to asist with any need. Our incredible butler Edwin went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we could want. My son loved spending time at the water park, which was only a short distance from our room in building 27. Would definitely recommend to families looking for a fun relaxing vacation!

We had the diamond club reservation. The food was acceptable at the resort buffet for the most part. Majority of the staffs are friendly, those at the buffet and the bars work tiredly and try their best to take care of the guests. Thanks to Anthony at the check-in who did his best with switching/upgrading our room due to having some issues. I felt that some of the diamond club descriptions were not met. For example, we never recieved our welcome bottle of sparkling wine neither the in-suite bottle of wine and basket of fruits upon arrival, which was on the hotel's description. Our butler Ernesto in my opinion was not the greatest. We never saw him after our check-in. We witnessed so many different butlers everyday constantly interacting with their guests all over the resort even at beach shores. I would request a different butler if I had to repeat again. Theres quite a few miscommunication with the information we received at the check-in desk and was told something different throughout the resort by other staffs. I've had better services as a regular guest at other resorts than this time at the diamond club level. In my opinion, I felt like we didn't receive a quite amount of services from the diamond club perspective

I attended a destination wedding for 7 days and I had the best stay and experience at the Royalton Splash resort. Best part of my visit was the many great restaurants and the incredible buffet. The quality of service is outstanding. I want to thank my personal butler Edwin Berroa who made my stay experience phenomenal. He was professional, courteous and very responsive to all our needs. I highly recommend this resort!

The service was awesome and staff phenomenal. I loved everything especially not having to worry about plans. Our amazing butler Edwin Berroa was on point making sure we were beyond good. I will recommend my friends and be back again to take in the unique and fun environment.

Great facilities (beaches, water park, swimming pools, kids club, etc.) Very good restaurants (buffet, italian, mexican, asian, etc.) Nice staff and kind service. Butler has very helpful with reservations and made good suggestions for activities.

We were there week of April 14th. Beautiful resort with very clean rooms. Many pools and full water park with wave pool. You have access to all amenities of Royalton Punta Cana which is the resort on the beach . Good food at buffet and all restaurants. Amarlys our butler was the best !! She made sure we had everything we needed at all times! She would contact us every morning with dinner reservations and to see if we needed anything special. She even decorated our room for daughter’s bday. She went above and beyond !! We would definitely go back

Great location and very friendly staff. We stayed at the Royalton Splash, but had the diamond club with access to the Royalton Punta Cana amenities. It worked out well to have easy access to the beach and the restaurants at both properties. Our Diamond club butler Sidney was super helpful with any information we needed and booking restaurant reservations. We also played tennis a few days and wanted to give a special shout out to Miguel. He’s great and it was nice to chat with him while taking a break from the heat!
