Exelente estadía en el hotel muy buena predisposición del personal en partícular de nuestro mayordomo (Juan Carlos Arredondo ) siempre dispuesta a que nuestra estadía en el hotel sea la mejor posible , muy recomendable y con el deseo de muy pronto poder volver

Honestamente, quedamos encantados con el servicio de todas las personas que nos atendieron, la comida, los eventos, las actividades de esparcimiento en las piscinas, muy bien todo, los restaurantes especiales, nos encantaron, en especial el restaurante Frances. Quizá solo como recomendación, nuestra habitación era con vista al mar, realmente hermosa, pero el baño era un pco incomodo, sin puerta en la ducha , todo el tiempo estaba mojado y la sistema tambien molesto en varias ocasiones. Tambien en la piscina de niños debería existir algo que de sombra, puesto que los ninos quieren todo el tiempo jugar ahi, pero era al rayo del sol y eso los enferma. Lo demas estuvo perfecto. Gracias a Nuestro mayordomo por toda la actitud y buen trato para mi y para mi familia. con seguridad volveremos!

Le service est horrible, et pire encore à la réception. Ils ne font pas leur possible pour nous servir poliment , un sourire ne coûte rien. Le personnel est réticent à vous servir si vous leur donnez un pourboire (il faut d'abord le donner avant pour être mieux servi, s'il est en dollars, c'est mieux). J'ai trouvé la nourriture du buffet de mauvaise qualité, abondante, un peu variable dans le temps de chaque repas, mais très répétitive au sein du repas. Les chambres standard sont assez spacieuses, mais manquent cruellement d'entretien, la chambre premium est globalement correcte. La plage est belle et propre. Les alcools sont bons, et il y a une grande variété de cocktails. C'est un bon endroit, grand, avec de bonnes animations, mais il y a encore beaucoup à faire, notamment au niveau des chambres et des service.

Group of 9. The rooms were cozy and clean. On arrival we didn't have any towels in our rooms. The next day our butler Jaun Carlos ensured all was well, we got towels and all the other issuse in the rooms sorted. When he realized we weren't Spanish speaking guests he went above and beyond. He made sure we were ok for the entire trip. He booked our dinner reservations, excursions and our taxi services. He made the trip extremely easy for us.

La experiencia en el hotel fue horrible. No pudo amos descansar, la comida muy repetitiva y de una temperatura muy fría. Las instalaciones son bonitas. Línea de playa muy bonita y muchas palmeras. El restaurante Japonés 💯 la comida Expectacular. Solo puedo resaltar el servicio excelente del Sr Juan Carlos Arredondo (Mayordomo ) nos trató súper bien. Nos ayudó en todo momento. Hizo acto de presencia en todas mis solicitudes. En el restaurante buffet La Sra Santa Ávila, tremenda empleada, servicial y muy atenta. Deben tener más empleados como estos 2 antes descritos. Por empleados como ellos uno quisiera volver a los lugares.
