Everything was fine, maybe I didn't like the smell of humidity in the room. It must be because of the area where it is located. Everything else was excellent.

Muy bueno el servicio y atención de los empleados. Sólo mejoraría la posibilidad de ingreso a los restaurantes temáticos ya que de 10 noches sólo pude asistir a 1 restaurant y no todos cenamos a las 18hs.

Férias de família e amigos ( 19 pessoas ) e gostaríamos de expressar a nossa mais sincera gratidão pela forma como fomos recebidos e cuidados no Hotel Bambu durante a nossa estadia para comemorar as Bodas de Prata de um dos Casais. Agradecemos especialmente a Ana da Receção pela sua amabilidade, atenção e participação em cada detalhe da nossa experiencia. Sempre que tivemos dúvidas ou precisávamos de alguma orientação, a Ana foi extremamente colaboradora e simpática, o que fez toda a diferença para o grupo . Também gostaríamos de agradecer a todo o Staff do Hotel cuja simpatia e profissionalismo tornaram a comemoração e a estadia mais especial. Realmente fue todo muy bueno, excelente. Destaco la amabilidad del personal, su buena predisposición, el clima divertido que se vive a todas horas, la limpieza del lugar, la comodidad de la habitación, la piscina sin restricción de horarios (al menos la blue) los entretenimientos como ping pong, volley, y los tragos. La única observación que haría es con respecto a la comida, para mí era muy salada, años atrás no hubiera podido comerla. Pero todo muy lindo. Esperando poder regresar pronto.
