Avevo prenotato la struttura con Booking. Non sono riuscito a trovare la struttura. Attraverso il numero di telefono inviatomi da Booking, In un luogo diverso, ho trovato un Hotel (diverso, con un altro nome e di qualità inferiore) che Booking indicava in una posizione non corrispondente a quella dove in realtà si trovava. La reception mi ha detto di essere in possesso della mia prenotazione. Potendo usufruire della gentilissima ospitalità di amici in loco, ho disdetto la prenotazione (per fortuna non avevo dovuto pagare in anticipo). Come foto allego lo screenshot delle mie comunicazioni con Booking.

Avoid, terrible experience.
Booked and pre-payed for 1 apartment with 1 King bed + 2 single beds + sofá bed.
Arrived and they have a place with just 1 king + sofá. My booking was for 5 people and 2 of my daughters had to sleep in the floor. They said it was Expedia’s problem, didn’t have any other apartment and should call them for relocation (at 10 pm after 9 hour flight). On top of it, said electricity was not included and charged US$20 deposit for 1 night.
Terrible experience, not the first time I see hotels blaming expedía for mistakes and not taking any responsibilty.
