Excellent service. People working there were always very helpful whenever assistance was needed. Food was tasty, and the room we booked (suite with swim out) was awesome. The place is very big, so be aware that there will be quite a bit of walking to get to the lobby (where most restaurants are). When getting ready to leave, you can ask for the bellboys to get the baggage with you back to the lobby in one of the golf cars that they use to move around.

Two key members of staff made our holiday, namely Luz Divina and Robinson. Both were very helpful, supportive and helped make many necessary arrangements to ensure my family have an amazing trip, thank you!! Much appreciated for the extraordinary effort!

We had cash taken from our safe which we reported. We were not given access to the report and no resolution happened. Be careful.

Beautiful hotel fantastic staff especially Gulillermina pool staff, fantastic service. We will certainly return. Room and view amazing!!

This hotel has so much potential but sadly fails in so many areas. Check in taking 2 hrs is beyond a joke after travelling for 12hrs. Shower leaking from room above, running water sound constantly from room above. General maintenance of the building is poor. Lights, lifts, tables, walls, decking broken damaged or rusted. Fire exit on our floor full of laundry bags. Dust cover over smoke alarm in room. Guests throwing up into carrier bags in lazy river, urinating on the crazy golf area at night time. Food in most restaurants was just warm. Breakfast was generally ok. Zen was nicest place we ate with great chef. DJ in activity pool was so loud, mix that in with multiple guests using their own speakers selfishly to blare out music and resort speakers it felt like a 18-30 holiday at times. Dirty plates left outside rooms sometimes for over 24hrs, even with staff walking by, no wonder there is an issue with rats and cockroaches. Pool area in mornings still had dirty cups on the floor and there was a plate that had sat there for 2 days. Some of the staff were friendly but it appeared that those that spoke Spanish got a much better service. Not enough seats in the evening to watch the shows. Hardly any aircon in any of the restaurants which made eating times unbearable. This was an expensive holiday from the uk, we did not get what we paid for or experience the luxury that is advertised. The one saving grace was Luz, Tui concierge who was lovely. She bent over backwards to make our holiday better and is an asset to company. If all staff had her tenacity and eager to please the hotel would be better.
