Quarto estilo flat, reformado, cama nova mas banheiro antigo, com registros precisando de manutenção. Corredores/ hall de acesso aos quartos com paredes que necessitam pintura e pisos cerâmicos que denunciam a idade do edifício. Precisa de uma atenção nesses itens.
