Wir haben das Hotel für unsere Rückreise aus der Provence gebucht, da nahe an Autobahn, ruhig und irgendwie sehr nostalgisch. Wir empfehlen das "chambre priviligée" da geräumiger und mit Balkon ( für Raucher auch erlaubt). Aber Achtung: Wir haben online reserviert im Glauben direkt auf der Hotelhomepage. Beim Zahlen war der Zimmerpreis 122 € anstatt 102 € gemäß Aushang des Hotels. Das gab dann heftige Diskussionen, bis endlich der Wirt (?) oder wer auch immer erklärte, die Differenz von 20 € wäre Kommission für das Buchungsportal und man könnte überhaupt nicht online im Hotel buchen, sondern nur telefonisch. Das hat uns letztendlich sehr geärgert, zumal das u.E. bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war.

While to room was spacious and very comfortable, the restaurant was excellent? Great service, incredible selections, nice wine list....really a wonderful dining experience. Breakfast was fab too, with the breads and pastries made onsite. We stopped in Baume less Dames on our way from Geneva to Colmar and this hotel was a nice surprise. Its a short walk into the downtown area which has a lot of charm.

Au vu des avis je ne dois pas avoir de chance. J'ai dû tomber le mauvais jour. Hôtel sombre pas accueillant à mon arrivé. Le dîner, un service très très long, m'a demande d'aménagement du menu a été impossible, j'ai dû me contenter des accompagnements du plat sans quantités supplémentaires. Au matin aucune pression dans la douche, et la salle de petit déjeuner éteinte à mon arrivé à 7h30. Pas de possibilité de n'avoir ne serai ce qu'un café avant 7h30.... Je n'y reviendrai pas.

un cadre hors du temps, hôtel très calme, charme indéniable. chambre très propre, literie impeccable. cuisine excellente. un régal pour les papilles, ambiance feutrée. Bref c'était parfait, tout fait maison. Bravo messieurs Cachot ! A découvrir absolument !
