I didn't see the owner. I arrived around 8pm and the host left a message and key. It was a typical family room: clean and very quiet, with a starry view at night. The so-called breakfast was just some bread, biscuits, and tea in the room.

Leasha runs a great set of cabins with great attention to detail. Very handy to the ferry and great base for exploring the island.

Our stay was fine. The owner gave us a great overview of the property and offered suggestions about what to do on Kangaroo lsland. She provided items for a great continental breakfast in the room, which fit our travel plans perfectly. Room was clean and well equipped.

A small family run bed and breakfast. Cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast in your room. I think the address is 27 Leander Ave, not 107. There is a street sign from the main st. Clean, comfortable with fly screened doors front and back plus a couple of fly screened windows. Small lounge in the room plus a small 1/2 table. All you could want for a couple of nights.For Kangaroo Island very nice!

I found the property to be well below a standard that i consider acceptable for a let property. The property was messy and unkempt, and detracted from our overall island experience

The Fig tree B&B was in a ideal position for the ferry and touring.
We were disappointed by the untidness of the exterior of the property but staff were friendly and rooms clean and tidy with tea and coffee making facilites.
