Villa Veronica Resort

Awful stay, the room was filthy with stains on the bedding and all over the walls. A/C was falling apart, with it being held together with a McDonalds takeaway bag! Tap in the bathroom didn’t work, when turning the knob it turned the whole tap which was awful. Doormats clearly have not been cleaned or even given a sweep since being first put down. Can’t call themself a resort when they don’t even have a functioning pool, it was filthy, you couldn’t see to the bottom. On top of this at night there was just men wandering outside the room doors which made us feel uncomfortable especially with young children. Wouldn’t recommend and it is not worth the money AT ALL. Tried to give them benefit of the doubt because it was off peak season but it was truly awful.
